Juss Sports is a witness and participant in the development of top international events in Shanghai. Over the years, Juss Sports has successfully introduced a number of events, including F1 Chinese Grand Prix, Global Champions Tour, Diamond League Shanghai, World Snooker Shanghai Masters, ATP Masters 1000 Shanghai, etc., and continue to build own-branded events such as Run The Track and One-Point-Win Tournament. Juss Sports combine high level professional events and self-established domestic events, to balance city functional and commercial events, to deepen events cooperation, to strengthen the diversification of operational development, to perfect risk control system, to carry out operational and management output, to promote the city of Shanghai becoming a ‘World Famous Sports City’.
F1 Chinese Grand Prix
Formula 1 is one of the world’s top three sporting events, with hundreds of millions of followers worldwide. From September 24-26 2004, the first F1 Chinese Grand Prix was successfully held at Shanghai International Circuit, with a total audience of 260,000 people, and 150,000 on race day, which set and still holds the record of largest number of spectators for a single event in Chinese history. F1 Chinese Grand Prix has won high praise and evaluation from all personnel both domestically and internationally through years of successful staging. Journalists and photographers from newspapers, magazines, radio, television, internet from all over the world land at the circuit to report every year, also with more than 200 countries TV broadcasting. Today, the F1 Chinese Grand Prix has become a marquee to promote the city of Shanghai, as well as China to the world.
Rolex Shanghai Masters
The Rolex Shanghai Masters is one of the top tennis tournaments in the world. As one of the nine ATP Masters 1000 in the world and the only one held outside North America and Europe, the Rolex Shanghai Masters brings the Asian Season to climax every year. From 2009 to 2013, the tournament was awarded ‘ATP Masters 1000 Tournament of the Year ’, as voted by ATP players. Tournament has won unanimous praise from players, government personnel and fans. With a strong tennis atmosphere, the Rolex Shanghai Masters brings a festival for local fans, and has a growing market base in Shanghai and across the country. More than 100 world’s top ATP players come to Shanghai every year to compete for 1000 professional points and millions of dollar in the prize pool. The long-term continuous holding of Rolex Shanghai Masters not only provides the stage for tennis masters to compete at top level, but also builds an irreplaceable growth platform for Chinese players to achieve self-surpassing.
The Longines Global Champions Tour
The Longines Global Champions Tour is one of the world’s highest five-star show jumping events. As one of the annual stops of the Global Champions Tour, the first event in 2014 broke through the difficulties of inspection and quarantine as well as air and land transport of horses, and was successfully held at the south side of the China Art Museum, setting a precedent for the top European and American horses to perform in China. The Longines Global Champions Tour is a competition of the world’s top ranked riders, as well as featuring the world’s top racing horses. At the same time, the elegant dress from live audience and the horse exhibition held during the tour has also became a focus of the media. This showcases Shanghai’s city spirit of inclusive and welcoming, pursuing excellence, enlightened and wise, magnanimous and modest.
World Snooker Shanghai Masters
The World Snooker Shanghai Masters is a premier event representing the highest level of snooker. The 2018 tournament was unveiled featuring a new format with larger prize money. The unique 24-player invitational tournament invites 16 top-ranking players in the world and 4 best players in China. The tournament has always been recognized for its first class organization, facilities and hospitality. A high level of competition attracts the world’s top snooker players to compete for glory. The brand new format also provides local and amateur players with an opportunity to compete against world’s best players, contributing to the development of the sports of snooker in China.
Diamond League Shanghai
Diamond league is a global series of athletics events owned by World Athletics(formerly International Amateur Athletic Federation) held from May to September every year in 14 cities around the world including Doha, Shanghai, Eugene, Rome, Birmingham, Oslo, Stockholm, Rabat, Monaco, London, Lausanne, Paris, Zurich and Brussels. The Shanghai race, one of only two in Asia, is the predecessor of Shanghai Golden Grand Prix who was introduced back in 2005. Every year more than 100 athletes including many Olympic Gold Medalist, World champions and world record holders compete in 16 competitions. Through the unremitting efforts of all parties, Shanghai has become one of the major competitions of the year and has witnessed the growth of Chinese athletic talents such as Liu Xiang, Su Bingtian and Gong Lijiao. The meeting was upgraded to Diamond league in 2010 and later renamed Diamond League Shanghai.
Run The Track
With a unique city landmark and relying on the Formula 1 track at the Shanghai International Circuit, Run the Track provides a perfect “上” shape for runners on the first day of New year every year, implying a prosperous future. The race is a blend of unique location, unique time, and unique connotation, which creates runners a running experience of full participation, engagement and integration. Run the Track has added the city of Shanghai an event full of positive values and historical significance.
One-Point-Win Tournament
As a self established IP of Juss Sports, the One-Point-Win Tournament is an exploratory and creative mass fitness activity developed under the background of pandemic prevention and control. The first tournament was held from November 20-22 2020 at Shanghai Qizhong Tennis Center. The tournament has a total draw of 512 all open to amateur tennis players in the country, with the rule of “one point win”, meaning each match is determined by only one point and the championship prize to reach million RMB. As the title suggests, the game follows a single elimination format. The unique competition system catches the essence of the most intense winning shot in tennis. Adhering to the quality of international events, the tournament always adheres to the quality-oriented and service-oriented approach, implements the concept of a healthy community and contributes to citizens’ personal fitness development.
Yangtze River Delta J&Y Equestrian Tour
The first Yangtze River Delta J&Y Equestrian Tour, Shanghai-Jiading was held from April 17-18 2021, with 500 participants and horses gathered and competed against each other. As one of the major organizers, Juss Sports took advantage of the unique resources from the Longines Global Champions Tour to connect with local events, promoting the development of international and domestic equestrian sports as well as the combination of youth, public and professional competitions through new operation model. The event responds to the national strategy of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, promotes the cross-regional flow of quality sports resources, and utilizes practical actions to help cultivate next gen of China’s equestrian sports. In the future, Juss Sports will give full play to its ability to integrate and allocate industrial recourses from the events, further deepen the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Sports Alliance, and dedicate to implement the Yangtze River Deal integration strategy.

Shanghai Juss Event Management Co., Ltd, founded in November 2007, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Juss Sports Development(Group) Co., Ltd. Company has a registered capital of 270 million RMB and more than 120 current employees.

Through many years of cultivation in the field, Juss Events has been awarded “ATP Masters 1000 Tournament of the Year” for five consecutive years. In 2014, it won ‘National Sports Outstanding Award’ issued by the General Administration of Sport. It was honored the 10th, 14th and 15th ‘Silver Pigeon Award’ of Shanghai in 2010, 2018 and 2020 respectively. The events company has also won ‘China Sports Tourism Choice Competition’ awards for multiple times, and have been highly praised by officials and players, becoming the top platform of international events and the perfect stage of national and city publicity.
While organizing high-quality sports events, Juss Events takes services as its foundation and is oriented to the needs of the fans.
